The project will house an extended retail centre of 100 units and 35,000m2 of prime office space in a twin tower commercial centre on the seafront side of an existing hotel. The total project is 121,000m2. The development will incorporate 1700 car parking spaces in the basement as well as in a multi-storey car-park.

For its own corporate headquarters, Arcapita chose to juxtapose the tall vertical icon tower of the Four Seasons Hotel, Bahrain with a horizontal glass structure. Framing the heart of Bahrain Bay, the two buildings set the benchmark of quality for design and materials.
