The development will comprise of two identical but mirrored 14 storey commercial towers above 4 levels of basement. Each tower has Ground, Mezzanine and 12 floors connected centrally by a shared Atrium space which serves as the main entrance to the development. ADIB HQ occupies in its entirety one of the towers with parts of the ground floor and associated shared atria/entrances. The project is currently targeting LEED ‘Gold’ certification.
Mercury is responsible for complete MEP installation, test and commissioning.
